Ever since I can remember, I have been drawn to the beauty of the human body moving through space to a piece of music. It is fascinating to experience the joy that dance can bring to a dancer or to an audience.

I like to create work that is interesting, different, and diverse. I’m influence by a variety of dance styles such as modern, ballet, jazz and world dances such as Middle Eastern dance and flamenco. I like to work closely with musicality, technique, precision, and the use of props such as canes, fans,  veils, and finger cymbals.

I’m strongly motivated by the human movement in general, focusing on all possibilities of movement with no restriction. Therefore, I truly enjoy exploring and learning from a variety of dance disciplines, because it brings inspiration and meaning to my work.
